Cookies and cream is one of my favourite flavours. It's one of those flavours that are so versatile. You can have them in a cake or biscuit form, in ice cream and even as chocolate. The Nestle brand is just to die for. It's so creamy and addicting and just plain good.
So I was pretty stoked when I came across this recipe. This fudge is pretty much the homemade version of cookies and cream chocolate. Except it's creamier, sweeter, and one batch makes a lot of fudge so this will keep you going for longer. Double yes.
As if you needed further convincing, this fudge has only three ingredients and takes a couple of minutes to put together. Just one small tip... this stuff is very sweet so make sure you cut the oreos into very rough pieces as it helps cut through the sweetness.
Cookies & Cream Fudge
510g white chocolate
400ml sweetened condensed milk
3 cups oreos, very roughly chopped
Microwave chocolate in 30-second bursts until the it has melted. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, then gently fold in the oreos. Pour into a lined 8" square pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing. Store in the fridge.
